Frequently Asked Questions
How do Datalix credits work?
Many of Datalixs features work on a credit consumption basis. Datalix credits are assigned at the beginning of each plan’s billing period. Datalix credits are consumed based on the following:
- Technology or Contact is exported to CSV or pushed to your system (ex. CRM) = 1 credit
- Contact Email is revealed, exported, or pushed to your system = No charge since this feature is currently in Beta
- Contact Phone Number is revealed, exported, or pushed to your system = No charge since this feature is currently in Beta
Do Datalix Insights, Datalix TAM Calculator, or Datalix Partner Sourced & Influenced features consume any credits?
No. Not all of our features consume credits. It is our way of showing some love to our customers and Go To Market teams world-wide. 😀
Do unused credits roll over to the next billing period?
No. At the beginning of your plan’s billing period, your credits are reset to the amount that is allocated for that plan. For example, if you are on the Monthly Starter Plan and your plan renews on the 1st of each month, then your credits will reset to 200 on the 1st of each month. If you are on the Yearly Starter Plan and your plan renews on January 1st, then your credits will reset to 2,400 on the 1st of January.

Do Datalix plans auto renew?
When you are first subscribing to a paying plan in Datalix, you will see the Auto-Renew toggle in the checkout page (purple for on, grey for off). By default it is turned on, but you can turn it off if you would like. In addition, once you are subscribed to a paying plan, you can turn off the Auto-Renew at any time by going to your Datalix Billing page and setting the Auto-Renew toggle to off (grey color).
Am I charged more if I invite other team members to my account?
No. Every plan in Datalix (including our free trial) allows you to invite your team members to your account.
Once a team member is invited and activates their account, they will be able to share/consume the credits
assigned to your plan. To learn how to invite team members to your Datalix account,
read this Help Article.
Can I share credits or re-allocate credits between team members?
Unlike some competitor applications, Datalix does not require you to allocate credits
to team members on your account. Team members
will simply consume the total credits allocated to your account based on the plan that you are subscribed to.
How many technologies does Datalix track/identify?
Datalix tracks and identifies over 200 technologies and adds multiple technologies to its
detection algorithm each month. You can review which technologies Datalix detects by signing up and going
to our Search feature OR you can review this Help Article. If you do not see a technology that you need listed,
please let us know via Live Chat or email us at info@datalix.com.
We can usually accommodate new requests within a few days.
Can I sign up with a personal email address?
No. Datalix requires that users sign up with a corporate/work email address. Personal email addresses (ex. johndoe@gmail.com) are not allowed.
What happens if there is a technology I need that you currently do not have?
If you do not see a technology that you need listed in our app’s Search feature, please let us know via Live Chat or email us at info@datalix.com . We can usually accommodate new requests within a few days.
Is Datalix data GDPR and CCPA compliant?
